本計畫的目標是在教育環境中發展以實證為基礎的建議和介入措施,以促進社會凝聚力、公民權和參與,尊重多樣性,並為各種背景的個人提供公平的機會。為達成此目標,我們的研究會調查各種教育環境中不同社會群體的交集,檢視現行政策和實務在解決社會不平等、排斥和公民教育問題上的成效,並找出實施這些政策和實務的障礙和促進因素。此外,我們的研究亦試圖了解社會政治變遷對教學的影響程度,並促進研究人員、教育工作者、政策制定者和在該領域工作的實踐者之間的跨領域合作和知識交流。

我們的研究針對教育環境中的公平性、多樣性和包容性等關鍵問題,著重於多樣性背景如何影響教育經驗和結果。根據我們的研究結果,我們提供解決方案,以建立更公平的教育環境。我們的工作有助於理論、政策和實踐,以建立一個更包容、更公正的社會,為研究人員、教育工作者、政策制定者和從業員提供基於證據的洞察力,以制定有針對性的介入措施和策略,推動教育社會公義,確保每個人均享有公平的機會。

 

我們研究的受益者包括來自不同背景的學生及其家庭、教育工作者、政策制定者以及更廣泛的社區。透過促進公平、多樣性和包容性,我們的研究支援了多元化社區,特別是那些被邊緣化的群體,確保他們能夠獲得成功所需的資源和支援。
