本计画的目标是在教育环境中发展以实证为基础的建议和介入措施,以促进社会凝聚力、公民权和参与,尊重多样性,并为各种背景的个人提供公平的机会。为达成此目标,我们的研究会调查各种教育环境中不同社会群体的交集,检视现行政策和实务在解决社会不平等、排斥和公民教育问题上的成效,并找出实施这些政策和实务的障碍和促进因素。此外,我们的研究亦试图了解社会政治变迁对教学的影响程度,并促进研究人员、教育工作者、政策制定者和在该领域工作的实践者之间的跨领域合作和知识交流。

我们的研究针对教育环境中的公平性、多样性和包容性等关键问题,着重于多样性背景如何影响教育经验和结果。根据我们的研究结果,我们提供解决方案,以建立更公平的教育环境。我们的工作有助于理论、政策和实践,以建立一个更包容、更公正的社会,为研究人员、教育工作者、政策制定者和从业员提供基于证据的洞察力,以制定有针对性的介入措施和策略,推动教育社会公义,确保每个人均享有公平的机会。

 

我们研究的受益者包括来自不同背景的学生及其家庭、教育工作者、政策制定者以及更广泛的社区。透过促进公平、多样性和包容性,我们的研究支援了多元化社区,特别是那些被边缘化的群体,确保他们能够获得成功所需的资源和支援。
