Our Strategic Plan 2016-2025 highlights our efforts to diversify our workforce by employing more individuals with disabilities or special needs (page 31), demonstrating our commitment to inclusivity across all university operations. The plan, active from 2016 to 2025, has been reviewed periodically, with significant progress reported in 2020-2024, ensuring its relevance during the specified period.

 

 

 

 

Equal Opportunities Policy

EdUHK’s Equal Opportunities Policy serves as the foundation for ensuring non-discriminatory access. The policy explicitly prohibits discrimination on the grounds of sex, marital status, pregnancy, breastfeeding, disability, family status, and race, as well as harassment based on sex, breastfeeding, disability, race, and sexual orientation. Support for Accessibility and Inclusivity

EdUHK demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities through infrastructure and services designed to meet diverse needs. The Equal Opportunities Campus page highlights support for students with special educational needs (SEN), including individual support plans and accessible facilities.
