The Master of Science in Educational Speech-Language Pathology and Learning Disabilities (MScESLPLD) programme offered by The Education University of Hong Kong is now fully endorsed by the Hong Kong Institute of Speech Therapists (HKIST). Full endorsement status is valid until August 2023.

HKIST assessments ensure speech therapy programmes abide by the professional standards of speech therapy education.

Graduates of MScESLPLD, including those who graduated before 31 August 2018, are eligible to apply to be “Member of Register of Speech Therapists accredited by the Department of Health”. Further details are available at http://www.hkist.org.hk.
